I wish there really was a eye instead of just a token i will hunt to replace the token with something more to my liking.

I second that.. a tiny eye .. would be cool! I have some clay for this!

"Monsterous monster friends" .. 1RP . Fortunately they're a lot easier to kill than Eurytheus, but also give a far more annoying buff. Spending extra AoE cards just to be able to attack monsters ..
VERY useful in a monster-heavy "deck" ..

As the Graeae is (are) a monster, does the guardian power also applies to them ?
It will indeed be a pain in the a** unit for the opponent.
Instead of an expensive hero which gives you AoW, select this cheap unit to force your opponent to spend his cards
The best way to attack the Graeae is with a Mighty Throw unit so they drop the eye and they are separated from other units.
Some weaknesses however : with 0 move and 3 activations, you will have to run just to arrive beside whatever monster you want to protect.
I am not a fan of the mini but, well, they are a better-looking villagers than the Corinthian expansion !

An interesting one for certain, as long as the opponent does not have Perseus in their army. He'd be able to kill her easily enough in one attack unless she has a guard.

More likely 2, when unlucky 3 attacks.Rhalius wrote:An interesting one for certain, as long as the opponent does not have Perseus in their army. He'd be able to kill her easily enough in one attack unless she has a guard.
7 dice vs 6 defense w/ 5 hit points. It's almost impossible to throw five 5's, even with 2 rerolls.
But yes, Perseus would be very handy against a monster heavy army indeed!

Since the Graeae have to run to move at all, this means that every time they run they no longer have either power of theirs or talents (if they had any) for that matter. So not so scary after all.

It's still not 100% certain if passive powers are disabled when performing special actions, being petrified and such.Jorge Castro wrote:Since the Graeae have to run to move at all, this means that every time they run they no longer have either power of theirs or talents (if they had any) for that matter. Anyway, I don't think the 3 old crones will be moving a lot. They will probably stand behind their monsters and just be "passively agressive", being guarded by some big, menacing monster friend.

Actually, they can run during their turn and still offer protection during the opponent 's turn.
